Our signature cocktails

The ThirtyFive

Our house signature. Smooth and citrus-led. The recipe stays behind the bar.

Espresso Martini

Two shots of espresso pulled to order, vanilla vodka, Kahlúa and a touch of sugar. Three coffee beans on top.

Raspberry Mojito

Fresh mint muddled with lime and sugar, raspberry vodka and raspberry puree, topped with soda and raspberries.

Dark and Stormy

Dark rum, fresh ginger beer, lime. Good after a day on Summerleaze.

Sex on the Beach & Woo Woo

The fast-and-fruity end of the menu. Both lean on peach schnapps and cranberry; both go down disturbingly easily on a Friday at six.

Classic cocktails

We can make most classics on request. The regulars:

• Aperol Spritz: Aperol, prosecco, soda, orange wheel.
• Negroni: equal parts Campari, sweet vermouth, gin.
• Margarita: tequila, triple sec, fresh lime. Salt rim on request, mezcal version available with notice.
• Old Fashioned: bourbon, sugar, bitters, orange peel.
• Whiskey Sour: bourbon, fresh lemon, sugar. Egg-white foam if you ask.
• Cosmopolitan: vodka, triple sec, cranberry, fresh lime.

If we've got the bottles, we'll make it.

Happy hour cocktails

Tuesday to Friday, 6–8pm: Sex on the Beach, Woo Woo, The ThirtyFive, Dark and Stormy and Raspberry Mojito are 2 for £15. Mojito and Woo Woo jugs are £20 and selected bottled beers are 2 for £7. Same spirits, same methods and same bar staff as any other night, just cheaper. Full details on the happy hour page.

Beyond cocktails

Beer & cider

Tintagel Ale on tap. Bottled lagers, IPAs and ciders also stocked.

Wines

House red, white and rosé by the glass and bottle, and prosecco by the glass. Ask at the bar for the fuller list.

Spirits

Gin, vodka, rum, whisky, tequila and cognac. Ask if you've got a favourite bottle in mind.

Coffee & soft drinks

Coffee from local beans, the same ones we use in the espresso martini. Soft drinks, mixers and non-alcoholic options too.

Cocktail masterclass

A 90-minute masterclass led by our bar team, for hen dos, birthdays and work groups. You make three signature cocktails and learn the difference between a stir and a shake. Ask about it on the private hire page or ring 01288 353535.
